Located on Cherry Park with good sea views from the front window and veranda. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms.

Lounge
The front room has curved fixed seating, a colour TV with integrated Freeview, CD player, and vacuum cleaner

Dining Area
The dining area has fixed seating with a round table and is opposite the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge, pull out ironing board and iron, and usual kitchen equipment.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. In one of the single bedrooms there is a frame to attach to the wall to make a cot on a single bed. All rooms have radiator heating.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate toilet with hand basin and shower room with shower and sink.

Outside
On the veranda there are table and chairs with good sea views. This caravan has its own numbered car parking space behind the caravan.

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.

Any changes to your booking need to be advised to us prior to your arrival.

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.
