Caravan Description
Located in a quiter area of Devon Cliffs but only minutes from facilites, this caravan is a Willerby Westmorland 32ft x 12ft and has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. It is heated in all rooms.

The lounge has a curved seating area, coffee table, and colour TV with DVD and Freeview box that you can use for radio stations.

The dining area opposite the kitchen has a circular dining table and will seat 6.
The fully fitted kitchen has a cooker with oven and hob, fridge, standard inventory and microwave.

The shower room has a shower, toilet and basin that has a door from the hall and main bedroom.

Both bedrooms have wardrobes and overhead storage. The main bedroom has a full size double bed, the twin bedroom has twin single beds, but these can be pushed together to make another double bed if needed.

The is an allocated parking space next to this caravan.

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
