Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is a Willerby Aspen 37ft x 12 feet and fully equipped to a high standard. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. It is fully double glazed and has radiator central heating in all rooms.

The front room has a colour TV, Freeview, DVD, CD/radio player, swivel armchair, ceiling fan. This follows on to the dining area with freestanding table and chairs.

Opposite the dining area is the kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, an ironing board in a pull out draw, and other usual kitchen equipment including pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

The bathroom has a large shower cubical with a plug that allows the bottom to turn into a small bath, there is also a wash basin with a glass cabinet, and toilet.

The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes. The other two bedrooms have twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a double), and have wardrobes. All bedrooms have central heating.

Outside this caravan there is a veranda with patio furniture for you to enjoy the outside space. Parking is in a numbered space next to the caravan.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
