Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is an Atlas Sahara 35 x 10 feet and is situated between the complex and the beach. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 8.

Front room has a colour TV and Freeview, gas fire and the seating area that converts to a double bed, this joins the dining area which leads on to the kitchen.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge and usual kitchen equipment.
The bathroom has a showerwith wash basin, and separate room for the toilet with washbasin.

The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table and wardrobe storage. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each and wardrobe.

There are parking bays close by and views of the sea from the front room.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
