Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is a Swift Moselle 3 bedroom with veranda. It is located a few minutes midway between the entertainment facilities and beach. It has an allocated parking space. It is double glazed and centrally heated.

The lounge area is open plan and has colour TV, DVD Freeview and gas fire the seating.

This leads through to the kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
The other two bedrooms have twin beds, which can be moved together making two more doubles.

The are two toilets one with washing basin and the other a shower room.
Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to bring your own covers and sheets or bed linen can be hired from us.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
