Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is an Atlas Concept 39x12ft with a veranda . It is positioned in a quiter area of Devon Cliffs and has uninterrupted sea views, there is a patio table and chairs for your use.

The caravan sleeps 6 and has two bedrooms with central heating throughout and double glazed.

The lounge area a 2 seater sofa that converts to a double bed and two armchairs, it also has a gas fire, colour TV, freeview, and DVD player. This leads on to the open plan raised dining area then on to the kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

The master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobes, ample drawer space, a dressing table area and a second TV with en-suite that has a bath and toilet.

There is a twin room which converts to a double bed, double wardrobe and a small dressing table area.

Pillows and duvets are provided but you do need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets or bed linen can be hired from us

There is a separate shower room with shower, washbasin, toilet.

It has an allocated parking space behind the caravan.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
