Caravan Description
This caravan at Devon Cliffs is a Pemberton Park Lane Super luxury model 40 x 14 feet with front patio doors on to the veranda. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 6. It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms.

The front room has two armchairs and a sofa that coverts to a double bed,colour TV with video, DVD player, Freeview, CD/Radio. This leads through an archway to the dining area with freestanding table and chairs.

Opposite this is the kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans crockery and cutlery for 6 and with a microwave, fridge and freezer. Also iron and ironing board and hoover.

The bathroom has a corner bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second en-suite shower with toilet and wash basin off the main bedroom

The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes. The other bedroom has twin beds that can be made in to a double and a wardrobe . All bedrooms have central heating. We provide the duvets and pillows and bed linen can be hired through us. A travel cot is also provided.

Outside this luxury Devon Cliffs caravan there is a veranda and has views across Sandy Bay. There is a patio table and chairs with umbrella outside for you to use. Parking is next to the caravan.

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
