Caravan Description
This two bedroom caravan is an ABI Wentworth 38x13ft, and sleeps up to four people. It is double glazed and centrally heated with sea views from the window in the lounge.

It is located in a short walk from entertainment facilities and swimming pools. With its own parking space next to the caravan.

The caravan comprises of free standing seating in the lounge area with colour TV, Freeview, gas fire and doors that can close off the rest of the caravan.
The dining area has table and chairs opposite the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, fridge and freezer with all the necessary kitchen equipment for four including pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. An added bonus in this caravan has a washing machine.

There is a shower room with full size shower and bath, and toilet. There is a second toilet in the en-suite in the main double bedroom that also has a shower.
The main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe space. The other bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe space.
We provide duvets and pillows. Bed linen can be hired.

Outside there is a bench with sea views from the front of the caravan.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
