Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is a luxury Willerby Winchester 38ft x 12 feet with a new veranda that is accessed from the patio doors with good views of sea. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms.
The front room has a colour TV, Freeview, DVD player, CD/radio, there is a separate dining area.
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, and usual kitchen equipment. There is also an ironing board with iron, and hoover.
There is a shower room with toilet and also a second toilet.
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe and drawers with central heating, also a TV with Freeview. The other two bedrooms have twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. We provide duvets and pillows.
Parking is close to the caravan

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
