Caravan Description
Standard caravan accommodation at Devon Cliffs in this Atlas Everglade 35 x 10 feet and just minutes from entertainment facilities. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6.

Front room has a colour TV, Freeview, radio/cd/cassette player, gas fire and the seating area, this joins the dining area which leads on to the kitchen.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and standard kitchen equipment.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin.

The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table and wardrobe storage, we have also added an wall mounted electric heater. The next bedroom has bunk beds sleeping 2 and a wardrobe with an electric heater, the third bedroom has two single beds although these can be pushed together to make another double bed if needed, this room also has a wardrobe (there is no heater in this bedroom as there is not enough spare wall).

To add to your enjoyment of your caravan holiday in Devon Cliffs there is a patio area to the side of the caravan with a picnic bench to relax and enjoy the view.

Parking is in a parking area in front of the caravan.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
