Caravan Description
This holiday caravan at Devon Cliffs is a Willerby Bermuda 37 x 12 feet. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. This caravan benefits from double glazing and full gas central heating with a radiator in every room. Located towards the back of the park in a quiet area but still about 5 minutes from facilities.

The front room has a colour TV, Freeview, Video, radio/cassette/cd player, and feature coal fire effect electric convector heater.

The dining area is opposite the kitchen which has a gas oven, microwave, fridge, and usual kitchen equipment of pots, pans and crockery.

There is a toilet and shower room.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, plus over bed storage. The next two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping 2 in each room with wardrobes, overhead storage. We provide duvets and pillows but we do not provide bed linen in the hire price so you will need to bring duvet covers, bottom sheets and pillowcases or alternatively bed linen can be hired from us.

Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs and allocated parking in front of the caravan.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
