Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is a 2006 Baysdale 37 x 12 feet with radiator heating, double glazed and in easy reach of facilities. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. Sea views from the veranda with patio table and chairs.

Front room has a colour TV DVD and Freeview, stereo, gas fire and the seating area. The dining area is also here with freestanding table and chairs.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge and usual kitchen equipment.

The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite toilet. The next two bedrooms have two single beds in each. We provide duvets and pillows, bed linen can be hired from us.

Outside this Devon Cliffs caravan there is a veranda for you to enjoy the views. Parking is next to the caravan.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
