Caravan Description
This caravan at Devon Cliffs is located close to facilities, backing on to the outdoor swimming pool. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people, 12 foot wide and now has double glazed windows and doors and is heated with veranda and sea views.

It has open plan lounge with gas fire, colour TV, DVD, Freeview, music player and joins the dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped includes microwave and standard inventory with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for 6 people.

There is a shower room with electric panel heater and separate toilet.

The main bedroom has double bed with wardrobe and electric panel heater. The other 2 bedrooms are twin and can be pushed together to make double beds if required and also have electric panel heating.

Parking is next to the caravan in your own space.

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
