Caravan Description
Having a sea front position this caravan has great sea views. This caravan is a luxury model Willerby Winchester 38ft x 12 feet with central heating in all rooms. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6.

Front room has free standing furniture, gas fire, TV, video player, DVD, music centre, Freeview, Playstation 2, X-box and a few games or bring your own, and vacuum cleaner.

This leads on to kitchen with cooker, fridge and full size freezer, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, drawers, dressing table and its own television.

There are two twin rooms where both beds can be pushed together to make another two double beds. Both rooms have storage cupboards.

Separate shower room with power shower, washbasin paneled heater and toilet. A second toilet is in a room next door.

Outside this Devon Cliffs caravan there is a veranda with views over Sandy Bay and patio table and chairs.

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
