Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is a luxury Gold model Willerby Winchester 38ft x 12 feet.

It has three bedrooms and sleeps 8. It has central heating in all rooms.
Front room has free standing furniture with sofa that comverts to a double bed and 2 armchairs, gas fire, TV, Freeview and DVD. This leads on to kitchen with cooker, fridge and full size freezer, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, drawers, dressing table.
There are two twin rooms where both beds can be pushed together to make another two double beds. Both rooms have storage cupboards.
We provide duvets and pillows. Bed linen can be hired from us.

Separate shower room with power shower, washbasin panelled heater and toilet. A second toilet is in a room next door.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
