Caravan Description
This three bedroom caravan is a Willerby Granada Super 37x12ft, and sleeps up to six people.

It is located about five minutes away from entertainment facilities and swimming pools and has a veranda with patio table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy the uninterrupted sea views of the Lyme Bay. The veranda can be lit up for the evening.

The caravan comprises of an open plan lounge with colour TV and DVD, Freeview, radio/cd player, gas fire and dining area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, fridge, freezer and usual kitchen equipment for six.
There is a shower room with full size shower, and separate toilet.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space with overhead cupboards. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, wardrobe space.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
