Caravan Description
BRAND NEW for 2009. This Devon Cliffs caravan is a Swift Chamonix 38ft x 12 feet with a King size main bed. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 4. It is has heating in all rooms. Front patio doors open up on to the veranda.

The living area has free standing sofa and armchair, television with freeview, DVD player and video, and cd radio.

Kitchen has a full size fridge and freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. The dining area is oppsite this with glass table and four chairs.

It has a shower and two toilets, one of these being en-suite to the main bedroom.

It is located within a few minutes of the entertainment centre and swimming pools and has outside veranda for you to enjoy the views of the sea. Parking is next to the caravan in your own space.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
