Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is a luxury model ABI Wentworth 38 feet x 13 feet, and fully equipped to a high standard and has sea views from the veranda. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 6. It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms.

The front room has a TV, DVD, CD/radio player, and freestanding sofas. This follows on to the separate dining area with table and chairs.

Opposite the dining area is the kitchen with a fridge and larger than average ice/freezer box, microwave, and washing machine, and other usual kitchen equipment.

The bathroom has a bath, a wash basin and toilet.

The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes with an en-suite toilet and shower. The other bedroom has twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a double), and has wardrobes. All bedrooms have central heating.
Bed linen can be hired from us.

Outside this luxury caravan there will be a veranda with patio furniture. Parking is in a numbered space in front of the caravan.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
