Caravan Description
This Devon Cliffs caravan is a luxury Willerby Bermuda 37ft x 12 feet with good sea view from the front window and patio. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. It is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms.
The front room has a colour TV with integrated Freeview and DVD, CD player, and vacuum cleaner and the seating area, this leads on to a separate dining area.
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge, pull out ironing board and iron, and usual kitchen equipment.
There is a separate toilet and shower room.
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage.
Pillows and duvets are included and bed linen can be hired from us.
Outside this luxury Devon Cliffs caravan there is a bench on the patio. Plenty of car parking space is close by. Haven facilities are within 5 minutes walk.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
