Caravan Description
Why not take a caravan holiday in Devon Cliffs in this Solstice 37 x 12 feet. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 8 with ramped access in to the caravan making it easier for wheelchair users and pushchairs. It is located close to the facilities and has views of the sea from the veranda.
It is double glazed and has radiator central heating.

Front room has a colour TV, Video, DVD, Freeview, CD/radio and gas fire and the seating area which converts to a double bed, this joins the dining area which leads on to the kitchen.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, and standard kitchen equipment. Also a grilling machine.

The bathroom has a shower, and washbasin. There is a separate toilet.

The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table and wardrobe storage. The next two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping 2 in each room and a wardrobe. The beds can be collapsed if you need to put a travel cot in or pushed together to make another double bed. We provide duvets and pillows but we do not provide bed linen in the cost.
Bed linen can be hired from us.

Parking is just by the caravan.

Booking Children Policy

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded. Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained. Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.
