Grade B - Modern caravan, double glazed, gas fire in living area and additional heating in bedrooms minimum width 12 ft wide.

Grade C - Similar to grade B but older, double glazed, gas fire in living area and additional heating in bedrooms minimum width 12 ft wide.

Grade D - Modern caravan, single glazed with gas fire in living area, minimum width 12 ft wide.

Grade E - Similar to grade D but older, single glazed, gas fire in living area and minimum width 12 ft wide.

Grade F - Standard caravan, single glazed, gas fire in living area and width 10 ft wide.
