This Devon Cliffs caravan is a luxury model Cosalt Baysdale 37ft x 12ft. It is positioned in Ivy Close right next to the facilities with table and chairs and two sun loungers on the veranda and views over the park to the sea. Parking is right next to the caravan on allocated hard standing.
It has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 8. It has radiator central heating in all rooms and is double glazed.
Front room has gas fire, TV, stereo and Freeview. This leads on to kitchen with cooker, fridge, microwave and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans. An iron and ironing board are included.
Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, drawers, dressing table and en-suite toilet.
There are two twin rooms where both beds can be pushed together to make another two double beds. Both rooms have storage cupboards.
Pillows and duvets provided but you do need to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets, or alternatively you can hire them from us.
