This open plan caravan with enclosed side decking area that has sea views. It has three bedrooms and sleeps 6. It is located less than five minutes from the entertainment complex and swimming pools.

Lounge
Front room has a colour TV, Freeview and DVD, radio/cd/cassette player, gas fire and the seating area with wooden floor.

Dining Area
The dining area has curved seating area to one corner of the lounge.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge and cooking equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table with wardrobe storage. The next two bedrooms both have twin beds sleeping 2 in each with wardrobes.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The shower room has a shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet.

Outside
Outside this Devon Cliffs caravan there is a parking space next to the caravan on grass (weather permitting) or in parking bays close by. There is a gas BBQ that you can use.

In the event of cancellation your first £75 payment is non-refundable.
Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded.
Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained.
Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained.
Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.

COVID-19
If the holiday park has to close due to COVID-19 lockdown you will be given a full refund.

Any changes to your booking need to be advised to us prior to your arrival.

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.
