With 3 bedrooms this caravan will allow dogs. It is located approx five minutes from the entertainment facilities. It is double glazed and centrally heated with patio doors to the veranda.

Lounge
The spacious lounge area has ample seating for six, and has TV, DVD Freeview and electric fire.

Dining Area
This is opposite the kitchen with freestanding table and chairs for six.

Kitchen
Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping two in each.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The are two toilets one with a sink off the main bedroom, and the other a shower room with basin and second toilet.

Outside
There is a veranda with chairs accessed from the patio doors and parking can be on grass next to the caravan as long as its not too wet, otherwise in parking bays nearby.

In the event of cancellation your first £75 payment is non-refundable.
Cancel more than 42 days before your holiday only your deposit is non-refundable, any extra money paid will be refunded.
Cancel 42-28 days before holiday start date 50% of the hire cost is retained.
Cancel 28-21 days before holiday start date 75% of the hire cost is retained.
Cancel 20 days to day of arrival 100% or the hire cost is retained.

COVID-19
If the holiday park has to close due to COVID-19 lockdown you will be given a full refund.

Any changes to your booking need to be advised to us prior to your arrival.

All children and babies should be listed on the booking, but they do not need an entertainment pass if they are under 4 years old. An adult pass is needed for age 16 or over.
